✔ Orzo Pasta: The term 'Orzo' derives from the Italian word for 'barley,' which is also known in Latin as Risoni, which means huge rice grains. Orzo is a short-cut pasta that looks like a big grain of rice. When paired with other orzo colours or white rice, such as in a white rice pilaf with orange orzo, the colour of the orzo pops out.
✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Orzo pasta can be eaten on its own, as a soup side dish, in salads, pilafs, or giouvetsi, or baked in a casserole.
