The cotton cloth polishing wheel is installed in a bench grinder or polishing machine. Polishing wax (a certain compound) is sprayed or pressurized into the rotating polishing wheel. The polishing wheel acts as a carrier for the polishing wax (compound) and comes into contact with the object to complete the surface treatment.
Instructions: Before polishing, apply a polishing compound (wax or paste) to the cotton buffing wheel. A cotton buffing wheel without a polishing compound can easily scratch the object and cause lint to fly. Trimming: After repeated use, the buffing wheel will leave residue. A polishing rake can be used to trim the surface of the buffing wheel, allowing it to continue to be used.
Quality: The polishing wheel is made of a brand new piece of high-quality cotton, and the center hole is fixed with leather. The coils are even, strong and durable. The white polishing wheel is soft and delicate, adding a smooth finish to your items. The yellow polishing wheel removes surface debris. Note: There will be some flying hairs when using it for the first time
Size: Polishing wheel diameter is 200mm, spindle hole is 16mm. White polishing wheel thickness: 50 layers (approximately 12mm) Yellow polishing wheel thickness: 45 layers (approximately 16mm). Standard size makes it suitable for general bench grinders and polishers.
