This sealer does not alter the appearance of the treated surface.
  • PERFECT FOR: Sealing porous bricks, natural stone, concrete masonry and pointing creating a water repellent surface. Suitable for use on any building and any form of pointing. This includes rubble filled walls, cavity walls, domestic buildings and commercial buildings. Inhibits organic growth, seals against rainwater and damp. Also seals traditional sand and cement pointing and lime pointing.
  • SUITABLE FOR LISTED OR HISTORIC BUILDINGS: This sealer is non-film forming so does NOT create a non-breathable coating or lacquer. Breathable Brick Sealer & Waterproofer is an impregnating sealer which soaks into the pores of the treated material. This creates a water repelling effect to resist rainwater & damp. The sealer will still allow moisture vapour transmission through the bricks or masonry.
  • COVERAGE & LIFESPAN: Approximately 5m2 per litre when applied to porous bricks, natural stone, flints, lime, slate & concretes. A 2nd light application can be applied to very porous surfaces.
