- 🔥 STRONG JOINTS THROUGH PROPER FIRING: Unlike cement-based mortars, this clay-based refractory mortar requires firing to develop strength. Let masonry dry at 64–72°F (18–22°C) for 48 hours before gradually igniting. Full sintering occurs at 2190°F, with minimum strength achieved at 750–1110°F (400–600°C).
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Avoid moisture and weather exposure during drying. Do not paint, plaster, or tile until the structure is fully dried and fired. Fine cracks may appear after drying—this is normal and does not affect structural integrity. For outdoor use, always protect the unit from rain and snow.
