- GOOD STORAGE IS KEY: Nutritional yeast is low in carbohydrates and fat while still being high in protein and fiber. Please store our unfortified nutritional yeast in sealed airtight containers, at room temperature, and in dry and clean conditions. When done so, the expected shelf life is 3 years
