For compatible jugs (above), the included Compatibility Key is required for a secure fit; a firm push or slight twist is sometimes necessary to fully seat the filter or key. After fitting, discard the first two filtered jugs to flush the system. Slow or no flow is caused by trapped air and requires re-activation. For compatible jugs (above), the included Compatibility Key is required for a secure fit; a firm push or slight twist is sometimes necessary to fully seat the filter or key. If it doesn't fit the first time or becomes loose, repeat.
